You can check the production time for each product in our catalog.<\/p>\n<p>Rodrilab ships worldwide. Please contact us for more information about shipping to countries not listed in our shipping rates table.<\/p>\n<p>Any applicable duties, fees, and taxes must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Deliveries are usually made within a period ranging from 1 to 8 days after the shipping date. For addresses in more remote locations, please allow additional time for delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Prices can be found at the time of purchase, on the invoice, or by contacting us beforehand through the usual channels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"accordion-header\"><strong><button class=\"accordion-button\" type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"true\"><span class=\"panel-title\">Returns and Refunds<\/span><\/button><\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"accordion-collapse collapse show\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Rodrilab guarantees satisfaction with the manufacturing of your order. There are several quality control steps within the production chain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">However, due to the artisanal nature of the business, there may be slight variations in the color of materials and product manufacturing, which are considered the unique character of each item.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us through your account manager or directly at geral@rodrilab.com on the business day following its receipt, including a photo of the detected defect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">We will resolve the situation. After the order has been placed, due to the high degree of product customization, Rodrilab cannot cancel the order and\/or refund the amount paid, except in cases expressly described in this Returns and Refunds policy (i.e., if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect). We cannot accept returns otherwise. Please note that each product ordered from our company is individually produced by different equipment and staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">There may be slight differences between different printings and bindings of the same product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">We work hard to keep your product as consistent as possible, but variations in finishes are normal, are not considered manufacturing defects, and do not justify a new production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Rodrilab\u2019s responsibility is limited to replacing the damaged product, with no compensation or indemnity for any collateral damages. Your product is entirely yours: Rodrilab does not send proofs, edit, or alter the content.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-collapse collapse show\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">As a result, Rodrilab has limitations on the warranty of your product which include the obligation to correct:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0Typographical, grammatical errors, unfinished texts, or other texts with errors;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0Low resolution of images that may be reflected in the printed images;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0Design specifications, including product size, organization, style, color, and layout;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0Any other creative choices you may have made related to your product.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">This means that the responsibility to review the product pagination before submission lies with you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">You should do this by previewing before printing, and we strongly recommend asking a friend to review it before submitting. This means you agree not to submit content that has not been fully reviewed and that you are not sure is ready for printing.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-collapse collapse show\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">The content of your product is entirely your responsibility, and you must ensure that it does not violate privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or any other rights of individuals or entities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Content includes texts, files, design templates, images, photos, authored works, and other materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">The inclusion of \u201cPublished by Rodrilab\u201d or any other reference that directly or indirectly suggests or implies that Rodrilab is the publisher of the products you created using the company\u2019s services is expressly prohibited without prior authorization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Your order is a one-time print after your purchase, and we do not store products.
