How are the albums shipped?

The albums are shipped nationwide, including the islands, via courier.

Prices and products – do the prices include printing and binding?

Yes, the prices include printing and binding. The shipping cost will be added at the end of the order.

What is the minimum/maximum number of pages an album can have?

Albums, Books, and Replicas can have a minimum of 12 sheets (24 pages) and a maximum of 50 sheets (100 pages).

Do you offer discounts on sample products?

Yes, all books ordered as samples receive a 50% discount, and products in the decoration, keepsakes, and accessories categories have a 30% discount.

Does Rodrilab provide leather samples?

Yes, we do. You can choose to order a Material Swatch Book with your logo printed on the cover and 25 materials of your choice.

Are all products made by Rodrilab?

Yes. All products are manufactured by Rodrilab.

What payment methods are available?

All orders must be paid exclusively online via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), PayPal, MB Way, Multibanco, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do Rodrilab Albums come with a warranty?

Yes. Rodrilab Albums come with a lifetime warranty, provided they are handled according to the specified guidelines.

Order and production process – what are the production timeframes?

Production times vary depending on the type of product and can be found in our catalogue or on our website. The time required for the shipping carrier to deliver your order is not included in the announced production time. The production timeframe begins on the next business day after the files are submitted, provided that all files received are in perfect printing condition (correct quantity and dimensions). In extraordinary cases such as technical malfunctions, stock shortages, pandemics, natural disasters, and/or other events beyond Rodrilab’s control, these will not be counted within the production time. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or offer refunds or compensation.

How do I order the albums?

You must create your client account by filling out the corresponding form. With the login details sent to you, you will gain access to your personal account, where you can place your order and upload the files.

How can I present Rodrilab products to my clients?

Our catalogue was designed with that in mind. Since it doesn't display prices, you can comfortably show it to your clients.

What should I do if I receive my album damaged?

Our production process includes several stages of quality control. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, small variations in color and finish may occur and are considered part of the unique character of each item. If there is any issue, you must photograph the affected products and the packaging in which they were received within 24 hours of delivery. Please send the images to geral@rodrilab.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been completed?

Any changes or cancellations will only be accepted via email and within 1 hour after the order has been completed. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any production costs incurred up to the date of the change and/or cancellation request. Once your order is completed, it is considered confirmed. Refunds will be issued as store credit to be used on Rodrilab products. If you prefer a refund in cash, you will be fully responsible for any payment processing fees.

How long does Rodrilab store my images?

For storage reasons, files sent for printing are automatically deleted from our servers 7 days after the completion of the requested job. After this period, Rodrilab is not responsible for returning the files or guaranteeing their reprint.

Color and Editing – what is the recommended color profile?

Images for printing must have 254 DPI and use the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile. Always number the files using three digits (e.g. 001.jpg, 002.jpg, 003.jpg, …, 009.jpg, 010.jpg, 011.jpg, …).

What are the estimated order processing and production times during peak seasons?

During peak seasons, particularly the end-of-year holiday period, our sales volume increases by approximately 4 to 5 times. Our team works hard to produce orders as quickly as possible. However, from October to December, our production times are extended. This page will be updated with any changes in this regard. Please note that our production times should be considered as guidelines, not guarantees, so we strongly recommend placing your end-of-year orders as early as possible.

Do you perform color/contrast/density correction?

Rodrilab does not make any corrections to the submitted files, as we consider the photographer’s work to be an author’s creation. For this reason, we do not alter what has been carefully crafted by you. If you would like color correction, please indicate this in the appropriate fields during the order process. To ensure color accuracy between your monitor and our printing, we recommend downloading the calibration target and requesting a printed version of it in the comments field of your first order.

Foreign clients and personal data – can you work with international clients?

Yes, absolutely. Our prices are based in Euros, but we produce and ship worldwide.

How can I update my client information and shipping address?

Whenever you wish to update your client information or shipping address, you must send an email to your market manager requesting the change. Only in this way will the update be valid and taken into account for future shipments. Rodrilab is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by failure to comply with this policy.

Tax regulations and VAT rules for e-commerce – how does it work?

When placing an order, if your VAT number is not valid in the VIES system, VAT will be charged at the rate applicable in the country of your billing address. What are the advantages? If your VAT number is not valid in VIES, you may account for the VAT as if you were purchasing from a company in your own country. In this way, the VAT settlement is handled just like with a local supplier.
